002- HUKUN-HUKUNCEN RUWA (RUWA ABOKIN AIKI)


     Kada ka manta sallah itace shisshike na biyu daga cikin shikashikan musulunci guda biyar, itace kuma ginshikin addinin musulunci duk wanda ya tsaida ita to ya tsayar da addini, haka kuma duk wanda yabar sallah to yabar addini. Ita kuma sallah bata zama sallah sai idan an yi alwala, an tsarkaka daga dukkanin najasa an gusar da hadasi da kuma kabasi, wato dukkanin najasar da ta fito daga jiki ita ake kira Hadasi, kamar mutum ya yi: fitsari, bayangida, maziyyi…'' shikuma kabasi shine dukkanin najasar da ta shafi jikinka, ko tufafinka, ko kuma wurin sallah. Gusar da wadannan abubuwa na hadasi da kuma kabasi da aiwatar da alwala, basa tabbata sai da ruwa mai tsarki kuma mai tsarkakewa, wato kenan rowan sai ya cika sharudda biyu, na farko ya zama mai tsarki, na biyu kuma ya zama zai iya tsarkake wani.
   Allah madaukakin sarki yana cewa ''Kuma mun saukar da ruwa daga sama wanda za'a yi tsarki da shi'' Suratl Furkan, aya ta:48.
  Wannan ayar tana kunshe da hukunce hukunce da dama, daga ciki akwa: Allah ya sanya ruwa shine abinda za'ayi tsarki da shi, ba'ayi da yawu/miyau, abunmamaki sai mutum ya gama fitsa sai lakato yawunsa ya goga abansa, lalle wannan ya yi nesa da makaranta. Abu na biyu kuma shine ruwan sama ruwane da za'a yi tsarki da shi kai tsaye, abu na uku dukkan ruwan da yake a cikakkiyar siffarsa ta ruwa babu abinda ya canza shi to za'a yi tsarki da shi.
Abubuwan Da Suke Canza Ruwa. Abubuwan da suke canza ruwa har ya zama wannan ba za'a yi ibada da shi ba (kamar alwala, tsarki..) abubuwane guda uku, da zarar ruwa ya canza da daya daga cikinsu to wannan rowan ba za'a yi ibada dashiba, wadannan abubuwa sune:
(1) Launi: Kazarar kalar ruwa ta canza ba yadda aka san ruwaba, ko dai ya yi canza ya yi ja, ko baki, ko kore…' to wannan rowan ba za'a yi ibada dashiba.
(2) Dandano: Idan dandanon ruwa ya canza to wannan ruwan ba za'a yi ibada dashi ba.
(3) Shinshina: Hakana duk abinda ya jirta kanshin ruwa zuwa wani abu daban to wannan ruwan ba za'a yi ibada da shi ba.   
      Idan ruwa ya canza da yada daga cikin wadancan abubuwa uku kenan wadannan abubuwa sun jirkita shi ta yadda ba zai iya amsa sunan ruwaba, domin ya zama Sobo (Zobo) ko kunu ko ruwannan datti, to wannan ruwan ba za'a yi ibada da shiba. Amma idan daya daga cikinsu ya fada cikin ruwa amma bai canza ruwanba ta dayan wadancan fuskoki uku to babu abinda ya sami ruwan za'a yi aiki da shi, kuma za'a ibada da shi. Wannan zai nuna kuskren da ake yi na idan ansa hannu a ruwa ko mutum ya tara fanfo sai kasa hannu ko kasa kwano ko buta sai ace za'a malalar da ruwan wai bashi da tsarki, ko wata dabba da ake ci (wacce ba ta cin najasa) ta sha, ko kuma dabba ta fada rijiya ko ma mutum sai ace wai za'a kwashe ruwan rijiyar azubar (ko guga kaza)  wannan duk bai halattaba a musulunci, duk abinda ka ga ya cikin ruwa kuma ka cire shi ka ga babu abinda ya canza rowan kwatakwata cikin wadancan abubuwa uku ka yi shiru da bakinka aci gaba da aiki da ruwa.    
Nau'ukan Abinda Ruwa Yake Canzawa Da Su: Canzawar ruwa da muke Magana akanshi yana da kyau musan abinda ruwa yake da canzawa da shi lura da hukunce-hukuncen kowanne, kamar haka:
- Da Makwancinsa: Idan ruwa ya canza kala ko dandano ko shinshina, saboda inda yake, kamar Jarkasa, Farar kasa, Kanwa, Kainuwa, Gansakuka… duk wadannan idan ruwa ya canza ya yi fari saboda wurin farar kasace ko ya yi Jaa saboda wurin jarkasace ko dandanonshi ya yi gafi saboda wurin kanwace ko tekuce ko wuraran da ake hakar mai, duk wannan canza wad a ruwa ya yi babu abinda ya shafeka zaka yi ibadarka da shi salin-alin alattacciyar ibada.
   Kenan waccar Magana da aka yi sai idan ruwan ya canza da wani abu na daban da ba makwancinsaba ta yadda zai iya yuwuwa a rabasu amma a inda yake makwancinsane babu yadda za'a yi ka rabasu.    
- Abu Mai Tsarki: Idan wani abu mai tsarki kamar gishiri ko yaji ko miya ko sabulu ya zuba cikin ruwa amma kwatakwata bai canza ruwanba to wannan ruwan za'a yi ibada dashi kamar yadda bayanai suka gabata, amma idan sun canza ruwane to wannan rowan ba za'a yi ibada da shi ba, amma za'a yi ayyukan gida da shi, kamar girki wanki kunun-zaki d.s.
- Najasa: Idan najasa ta jirkita ruwa ta daya daga cikin abubuwannan uku, to bai halatta a yi anfani da wannan rowan kwatakwata ba za'a yi ibada da shi ba, kuma ba za'a yi wasu ayyuka nadaban da shiba kenan kwararar da shi kawai za'a yi.
  Lalle wannan ya nuna mana muhimmacin ruwa da kuma yadda addinin musulunci ruwa shine abinda ba yi za su ibada da shi bai sa musu feturba ko gas domin rahamar Allah ga bayinsa sai ya sanya musu ruwa kuma ya sanya shi ya zama sinadarin rayuwa. Saidai kawai idan mutum bai sami ruwaba a lokacinda zai yi tsarki sai ya yi Istijmari, ko zai yi alwala kuma gashi babu ruwa sai ya yi taimama, kamar yadda bayanansu zasu zo nan gaba.
Kammalawa: Daga wadannan bayanai da suka gabata zai nuna baka yadda addinin musulunci ya baima ruwa kulawa ya kuma sawwake shi, kuma wannan yana nuna mana yadda ya zama wajibi mu tashi musan hukunce-hukuncen ruwa domin idan mutum bai sani ba sai ya debi ruwan wanki ko kuma ruwan da ya gama wanka da shi bayan ya zama sabulu ya ce zai yi tsarki da shi, domin wasu sun dauka ruwan alwala shi ake bashi wannan hukunce-hukunce amma shi tsarki mutum zai iya yi da ko wanne, alhali abin ba haka bane, Allah ya sawwake amin. Allah Shi ne masani.

001- IBADA DA HUKUNCI


Gabatarwa: Dasunan Allah Mai Rahama, mai jinkai, tsira da amincin Allah ya tabbata ga Ma'aikin Allah Annabi Muhammad. Awannan lokacin da izinin Allah mai kowa mai komai muna fatan kawo wadansu bayanaine na daban bayan kammala waccan doguwar salsala da take dauke da wadansu abubuwa bakwai masu halakarwa. Wannan bayanai kuwa matashiyarsu itace: Ibada Da Hukunci. Fatammu shine kawo bayanai filla-filla kan abinda ya shafi hukunce-hukncen nau'ukan ibada kamar tsarki da rowan da ake tsarki da shi, da kuma bayanai akan abinda yake najasa da alwala da abinda ke bata alwalar ta taimama da wankan tsarki da abinda ke sa wankan, da huknce hukuncen sallah, kamar sharuddan sallah lokutanta kiran sallah, salloli na farilla nafilfili, tada ikama, kabaliyya da ba'adiyyah, hukunce-hukunce masallaci, sallar kasaru. Hakanan muna fatan kawo bayan kan Azumi da Hajji d.s…gwargwadon abinda Allah Ya hore, da fatan zamu tsaya musan Ibadar da Allah ya dora mana kuma musan hukunce hukuncen wannan ibadar, Allah Ya yi mana jagora, amin summa amin, asha karatu lafiya.
Ibada: Ma'anar ibada itace ''Gamamman sunane da ya tara dukkanin abinda Allah yake so kuma ya yarda da shi, na zantuttukane ko na ayyuka na filine  koko na zuciyane''.
Kenan ibada tana shiga ayyukan gabbai kamar: Alwala, zakka Hajji, kamar yadda maganama ke shiga cikin ibada kamar: Karatun Kur'ani, Salati ga Ma'aikin Allah, na bayyane kamar tsarki dana boye kamar niyya.
Hukunci: idan akace hukunci shine hukunce-hukuncen da shara'a ta na cewa abu kaza: Wajibine, ko Haramunne, ko kuma Mustahabbine ko Makaruhine, ko kumama Halasne.  Wadannan abubuwa biyar su ake kira da Ahkamus Shar'iyyah At-Takleefiyyah. Kuma ga bayanansu da Shara'a ta yi:
(1) Wajibi: Shine abinda ana bada lada ga duk wanda ya aikata shi akan an'umarceshi, kuma ana azabtar da duk wanda ya barshi. Kamar salloli na farilla da tsarki da Azumin Ramadan…'
(2) Haramun: Shine abinda idan mutum ya aikata shi za ayi masa ukuba, idan kuma ya barshi yana da lada. Kamar: Sata, Zina, Luwadi, Shangiya.
(3) Musthabbi: Shine idan mutum ya aikata za'a bashi lada, amma idan bai aikataba babu komai akansa. Kenan aikata shi ya fi. Kamar daga hunnuwa a lokacin kabbarar harama, kamar karatun mamu alokacin da liman yake karatunsa aboye.
(4) Makaruhi: Shine abinda idan an barshi akwai lada, idan kuma an aikata babu ukuba, kenan barinshi ya fi. Kamar susa ana sallah da dan waige kadan. 
(5) Halas: Shine abinda idan an aikata babu lada akan aikatshin da aka yi, hakanan idan an barshi babu lada akan barin na shi da aka yi, kenan sai an kallaci niyyar da tasa aka yi ko aka bari akan haka za'a sami lada ko zunubi. Kamar bacci, idan mutum ya yi bacci da wuri domin ya tashi cikin dare ya yi nafilfili da addu'oi to wannan yana da lada, hakanan idan ya yi bacci domin yaba jikinsa hakkinsa, tunda yazo a hadisi jikinkama yana da hakki, to duk wadannan akwai lada. Idan kuma mutum ya yi bacci alokacin da yasan indai ya yi bacci a wannan lokacin took zai iya rasa sallah to ba'ayarda ya yi bacci a wannan lokacinba, shi yasa aka hana bacci tsakanin Magariba da Lisha.
   Wadannan sune hukunce hukunce da sune ake hukunci, kuma tananne ake kaiwa inda za'a yi hukunci akan ibadar mutum ta yi ko bata yi ba, kenan dole mu tashi tsaye musan yadda za mu yi ibadarmu yadda Mahaliccimmu ya umarcemu mu yi ta harshen Annabinsa Annabi Muhammad -Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi-, ka da mu yi sakaci mu da iyalammu da kannemmu da yayyammu… Allah ya yi mana jagora amin.
  Lalle tsayawa akan a fahimci wannan addini na musulunci yana cikin mafiya kyawun ayyukan da Allah ke so, kuma alamace ta Allah na son mutum da alheri, kamar Yadda Ma'aikin Allah -Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi- yake cewa ((Duk wanda Allah yake nufinshi da alheri sai ya fahimtar da addi)). Bukhari ya ruwaitoshi a hadisi na:71, Muslim kuma: 1027.
Allah madaukakin sarki yana cewa: ''Shine wanda Ya aiko manzonsa da shiriya da kuma addinin da yake na gaskiya'' Suratut- Tauba: 33. Shiriyar Itace ilimi mai anfani, Addini na kwarai kuwa shine: Ayyuka masu kyau.
  Babu wata tantama tabbas yakama kafin mutum ya himmatu wurin aikata kowanne irin aiki yasan hanyar day a kamata yabi domin aikin na shi ya zama ya yi shi daidai, ta yadda zai yi ya sauke aikin da aka dora masa wanda zai zama sanadiyyar tseratar da shi daga wuta da kuma shigarshi aljanna.
Akan Haka Mutane Sun Kasu Kashi Uku:
(1) Wadanda suka hada ilimi mai anfani da kuma aiki na kwarai. Wadannan sun rabauta duniniya da lahira, don Allay ya yarda da su.
(2) Wadanda suka san ilimi mai anfani amma basu yi aiki da shiba, wadannan sune wadanda Allah ya yi fushi da su.
(3) Wadanda suke aiki tukuru amma ba tare da ilimiba, wadannan sune batattu.
Kammalawa: Daga takaitaccan wannan jawabi ya bayyana agaremu ashe ibada ta ka su kashi-kashi, akwai ta kabbai, akwai ta zuciya akwai kuma ta zahiri, kuma ita ibada hanyace da mutum zai sami yarda Mahaliccinshi domin yanayin abinda Mahaliccin ya yarda dashi, amma duk wannan zai same su ne idan mutum ya bi karantarwar farin jakada Ma'aikin Allah Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi, kin yin aiki da karantarwa yanasa Allah ya yi fushi da mutum, kamar kuma yin aiki ba akan karantarwarba yana sa mutum ya kasance cikin batattu. Allah Ya tsaremu.

Abubuwa Bakwai Masu Halakarwa(Yiwa Mace Mumina Kazafi)7/7#


Yiwa Mace Mumina Kazafi: A yanzu za mu yi bayani akan abu na bakwai kuma na karshe cikin abubuwa bakwai da Ma'aikin Allah – tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- ya lissafa cikin abubuwan da suke halakar da wanda yake ta'amuli dasu , wannan abu shine Yiwa Mace Mumina Kazafi.
Kazafi Shine: Jifan mutum da aikata alfasha ta zina, ko kore juna biyu ko ma Da ba tare da ya bayar cikakkun shaiduba.
       Alokacin da mutum ya jefa kanshi cikin irin wadannan halayya ta kazafi to lalle ya jefa kansa cikin halayyar da take halakarwa, domin yin kazafi ba karamin bala'ibane, alokacin da mutum ai wance mazinaciyace ko ya yi lalata da ita, ko wannan ciknnanata bana mijintabane ko danta/'yarta ai bana mijinta bane to lalle ya tsokano tsuliyar dodo dole ya kawo cikakkun shaidu na mutane hudu maza musulmai da zasu bada shaida akan hakan, idan kuma mai kawo shaiduba ko ya kawo basu cikaba to kowanne mutum gada cikinsu bulala tamanin (80) za'a yi masa, kamar yadda bayanai zasu zo nan gaba kadan.
       Wannan shiri da musulunci yake dashi bakaramin shiri bane domin kare mutunci, masu iya Magana na cewa mutunci madarane in ya zube bai kwasuwa, addinin musulunci yana daga cikin manyan manufofinsa kare mutunci, wannan yasa musulunci ya dauki irin wannan mataki musammamma 'ya mace, domin alokacin da aka bata mata suna to gaba daya anbata mata rayuwarta, shi yasa ayoyin da suka yi Magana akan kazafi sun anbaci macece basu anbaci namijiba wannanko ba wai dan hukuncin ya sha daban bane a'a hukuncin iri dayane ga duk wanda ya yi mace ko namiji kazafi, kuma bai iya kawo cikakkakun shaiduba, idan ko ya kawo shaidu da duk abinda Shara'a ke bukata suka cika to baza'a kira wannan da sunan kazafiba.
       Yiwa mace mumina kazafi bai halattaba kuma yana cikin abubuwan da suke halakarwa, saboda haka dadin fira ko kiyayya kada ta dauki mutum ya yiwa wata/wani kazafi ko yasa a yi.
Ayoyin Da Suka Yi Magana Akan Kazafi: Idan ka tsaya ka kalli ayoyin zaka gansu kashi ukune kuma duk suna cikin Suratun Nur.
Kashi Na Farko: Ayata: 4-5, Allah Madaukakin sarki yana cewa: ''Wadanda suke jifan mata masu kamunkai (da zina) sannan kuma basu kawo shaidu huduba to ku yi musu bulala tamanin (80), kuma kada ku sake karbar shaidarsu har abada, kuma waddan sune fasiakai. Saidai kawai wadanda suka tuba bayan haka kuma suka kyautata to lalle Allah mai yawan gafarane kuma mai yawan jinkai.''
    Anan Allah madaukakin sarki ya bayyana hukuncin duk mutumin da ya yiwa mace/namiji kazafi kuma bai iya kawo shaidu huduba sai Allah ya bayyana hukuncin da za'a yi masa. Abu na farko bulala tamanin (80), abu na biyu ba za'a sake karbar shaidarsaba har'abada, abu na uku kuma wannan mutumin fasikine. Sai idan ya tuba, to ananne malamai suke maganar shin inya tuba za'a ci gaba da karbar shaidarsa kuma shikenan shi ba fasiki bane? Amma ko ya tuba sai an yi mishi bulala tamanin.
Kashi Na Biyu: Ayoyin da suka yi bayanin maigidan da ya yiwa matarshi kazafi kuma bai iya kawo shaiduba to shi tsinuwa za su yi da matar ta shi, Allah Yana cewa:
''Wadanda kuma suke jifan matansu (da zina) kuma ya kasance basu da shaidu saidai karankansu, to shaidar dayansu (itace) Rantsuwa hudu da Allah lalle shi yana cikin masu gaskiya * (Rantsuwa) ta biyar tsinuwar Allah ta haukanshi in ya kasance cikin makaryata. * Kuma abinda zai hana ayi mata azaba (haddi) shine ta yi Rantsuwa hudu da Allah cewar lalle shi (mijin) yana cikin makaryata *. (Rantsuwa) ta biyar lalle fushin Allah ya tabbata akanta in (mijin nata) ya kasance cikin masu gaskiya'' Surartun Nur, ayata: 6-8.
Anan Allah madaukakin sarki ya yi bayanin idan miji ya yiwa matarshi kazafi kuma bai iya kawo shaidu huduba to 'Li'ani'' za su yi. Amma duk wanda ba miji bane to kodai ya kawo sahaidu mutane hudu maza musulmai ko kuma ayi mishi bulala tamanin, ba maganar shi wanda aka yiwa kazafi wai ya rantse idan ba haka bane, ko kuma shi da ya yi kazafin cewa ya rantse duk babu kodai shaidu ko bulala tamanin.
Kashi Na Uku: Ayoyin da suka yi Magana akan kazafin da aka yiwa mata muminai masu kamunkai natsattsu kammalallu to wadannan masu yiwa irin wadannan matan kazafi tsine musu aka yi duniya da lahira. Allah madaukakin sarki yana cewa:
 ''Lalle dukkanini wadanda ke jifan mata masu kamun kai gafalallu (daga aikata dukkanin alfasha) wadanda suke muminai to an tsine musu a duniya da kuma lahira, kuma suna da azaba maigirma* Aranar da harsunannu za su bada shaida akansu da hannayansu da kuma kafafuwansu ta sanadiyyar abinda suka kasance suna aikatawa* Awannan ranarce Allah zai cika musu sakamakonsu na gaskiya, kuma zasu sani lalle Allah shi wanda yake mai gaskiya kuma mai bayyanar da abubuwa''. Suratun Nur, ayata: 23-25.
Wannan ya nuna mana shi karankanshi kazafin ya kasu kashi-kashi, kashi na farko shine yiwa gama garin mutane wadanda suke suna da kyawawan halaye da kuma wanda ba'a rasaba, su aka anbaci hukunci yi musu kazafi a kashin farko, sai kuma wanda ya kasance tsakanin miji da mata. Sai wannan kashi na uku, wanda mutum zai ga mace/namiji mai kamun kai mai addini natsattse mumini kawai ya antayo ashar ya watsa mata/mashi ya dinga fadan wasu maganganu wanda da za'a tara mishi arzikin duniya domin ya kawo shaida akan haka ba zai iyaba. Domin wani ya dauka irin halin da yake dashi to kowa haka yake, to kaga bayan ya kasa kawo wadannan shaidu za'a yi masa hukuncin kazafi anan duniya sanna kuma ya jira ranar alkiyama, domin Allah baya bari a taba bayinsa na kwarai, Ya Allah ka samu daga cikinsu, ka karemu da sharrin masharranta ka tsaremu ka tsaremana imanimmu, amin.
Kammalawa: Daga takaitattun bayananan ya bayyana agaremu yadda musulunci ya dauki mutunci da daraja da kima ya karewa kowa mutuncinsa musamman 'ya mace, domin idan ba hakaba sai kowa ya fadi abinda ya ga dama ko asashi ya fada yana ganin bai huce aci tararshiba, amma idan yasan zai sha bulalane to dole ya naba'a yasan me zai fada, sai yazama yak are mutuncinsa dana zuriyarsa kamar yadda yak are mutuncin wani dana ziriyarsa.
Annanne kuma muka zo karshen wannan silsila wacce take dauke da sharhin wannan hadisi da Abu Hurairata ya ruwaito daga wurin Ma'aikin Allah na wadannan abubuwa bakwai masu halakarwa, lalle ma'aikin Allah ya isar da manzanci kuma tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi, hakika ta'amuli da wadannan abubuwa tabbas yana halakarwa kuma wannan kowa ya gani ya tabbatar wannan zai kara imanine bisa imani. Akaro na gaba zamu kawo bayanne kuma wadanda zasu haskaka mana rayuwarmu da addininmu, Allah ya kaimu wannan lokacin ya hadamu da imani, aimn.

Abubuwa Bakwai Masu Halakarwa(Juya Baya A Lokacin Yaki)6/7#

Ja-Da-Baya Lokacin Gumurzu: A yanzu za mu yi bayani akan abu na shida cikin abubuwa bakwai da Ma'aikin Allah – tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- ya lissafa cikin abubuwan da suke halakar da wanda yake ta'amuli dasu , wannan abu shine Juya Baya A Lokacin Yaki.
     Jihadi wani al'amarine da musulunci ya shar'antashi ya kuma tsarashi kamar yadda ya tsara rayuwar bil'adama ta duniya da kuma ta lahira. Ayoyi na Alkur'ani mai girma da ingantattun Hadisai Ma'aikin Allah – tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- duk sun zayyana yadda jihadi yake hanan kuma malamai sun zayyana yadda yaki yake domin habbaka addinin Allah, kuma kamar sauran al'amura sai mutum ya yi kamar yadda aka shar'anta sannan zai sami ladanshi. Yaki domin habbaka addinin Allah shine kololuwar musulunci, kamar yadda Ma'aikin Allah – tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- ya bayyana a Hadisin Mu'az.
    Kuma kamar yadda Allah madaukakin Sarki ya bayyana a cikin Alkur'ani mai girma cewa: ''An wajabta muku yaki alhalin bakwasansa'' Bakara, ayata: 216.
   A wannan dogon hadisi da muke bayani a kanshi, Ma'aikin Allah – tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- ya lissafa juyawa da nufin guduwa yana daga cikin abubuwa masu halakarwa domin kamar wannan juyawar da mayaki ya yi yana nufin a murkushe musulunci kenan.
   Amma juyawar da zata laifi sai idan yawan musulmai daidaine dana kafirai, ko kuma su wadanda ba musulmanba sun ninka musulmai ribinyi biyu, amma idan yawan wadanda ba musulmai ya ninka yawan musulmai sama da sau biyu to awannan lokaci babu laifi idan musulmi ya juya da baya kamar yadda aya Suratul Anfal ta yi nuni:
   ''Ayanzu Allah Ya sawwaka muku, kuma ya bayyanar da cewa a cikinku akwai masu rauni, idan an sami mutane dari daga cikinku masu hakuri zasu rinjayi mutane dari biyu (daga cikinsu), in kuma an sami mutane dubu daga cikinku zasu rinjayi dubu biyu (daga cikinsu) da izinin Allah, Allah Yana tare da masu hakuri. Ayata: 66.
      Ma'aikin Allah – tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- yana cewa ''Kada ku yi fatan haduwa da abokan gaba, ku roki Allah zaman lafiya, idan kuma har kuka hadu da su to ku tabbata, ku sani aljannah tana karkashin inuwar takobi''.
  Ya Allah muna rokonka ka zaunar da mu lafiya, kuma ka dawowa da musulunci izzarsa da kimarsa da darajassa.
Kammalawa: wannan ya nuna yadda musulunci bai yarda da juyawa da bayaba a lokacin da aka yi futo-na-fito, kuma mu sani annan ba wai ana bayanine akan abinda ya shafi hukunce-hukuncen yaki bane (Jihadi) wannan wurinsa daban malamai sun fayyace shi da yadda ya karkasu da matsayin ko wanne kaso daga cikinsu, amma anan an yi bayanine akan abinda ya shafi tserewane afagen fama. Ya Allah ka tsaremu ka tsare mana rayukammu da imanimmu. Amin.

Abubuwa Bakwai Masu Halakarwa(Cin Dukiyar Maraya)5/7#


Cin Dukiyar Maraya: A yanzu za mu yi bayani akan abu na biyar cikin abubuwa bakwai da Ma'aikin Allah – tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- ya lissafa cikin abubuwan da suke halakar da wanda yake ta'amuli dasu , wannan abu shine Cin Dukiyar Maraya.
Maraya: shine wanda mahaifinshi ya rasu kafin ya balaga ya yi hankali. Ma'aikin Allah ya ja kunnen al'umma sosai da sosai akan kulawa da hakkin maraya da tausaya masa, da fadi-tashi akan al'amuransa kuma ya bayyana falalar hakan awurare dadama. To amma abin takaici sai awayi-gari dan abinda uba ya mutu ya barwa 'ya'yansa sai wani/wasu subi takan wannan abinda aka bari kafin dan lokaci ane meshi a rasa. Allah madaukakin sarki yana cewa dangane da masu cin dukiyoyin marayu da zalunci: ''Lalle dukkanin wadanda suke cin dukiyoyin marayu da zalunci, abin sani kawai suna cin wutane a cikinsu, kuma da sannu za'a kona su a wuta wacce ake rurata'' Suratun Nisa'I, aya ta:10.
       Akwai hanyoyi da dama da mutane suke bi wurin cinye wannan dukiya ta maraya, wasu idan suna hurda da mutum sai ya zama akwai wasu kudadensa ko filayansa komadai wasu kadarori da yasan ba wanda ya sani sai shi, sai kawai ya yi shiru akansu ya ki fito da su in kuma ya ga suna da yawa ko za'a gane sai ya dan tsakuro wasu daga ciki sauran kuma ya yi shiru akansu, ana samun masu irin wannan mummunan hali cikin matan mamacin ko 'ya'yanshi ko abokanshi ko abokan cinikayyarsa d.s, wannan haramunne ko tantama babu kuma duk wanda ya yi irin wannan hali sai ya amayar da abinda ya ci a ranar alkima alokacin da hakan ba zai yi anfaniba.
      A wasu wuraren kuwa hukumomin yankinne –masu unguwanni da dagatai Hakimai (wadanda ake kira masu kasa) suke wadaka da abinda akabarwa magada said an abinda aka sammusu, gonakine ko fadamu ko madaime aka bari.
       A wani lokacin kuma shi malamin da kakira domin ya raba gado shine wanda zai kamfaci wani kaso mai tsoka yace wannan na masu rabone, ko kuma a zaga ta baya ahada baki dashi don ya karawa wani, waifa wanda zai yi fada akan wannan mummunan hali shine kuma zai zama ja-gaba, Allah ya sawwake.
       Awani jikon kuma 'ya'ya mata da matan mamacin sune za'ayi rabon gado amma kwatata-kwata basusan me aka rababa, ko dai 'yan-uwan mamacin su yi watsi da su ko kuma 'ya'ya maza su yi watsi da 'yan-uwansu 'ya'ya mata, ko kuma duk ba wannan ba wacce tafi 'ya'ya sai tai zamanta akan dukiyar kaji don rashin jin tsoron Allah wai ana cewa ba'a raba gado da mara 'ya'ya, sauda yawa wata irin kazantar da ake yi awurin rabon gado kare ba zai ci ba.
       Awani karon kuma shi wanda akaba dukiyar marayun ya kula da ita bayan an gama rabo shine zai hauta da casa kafin-kiftawa-da bisimillah ya hallaka dukiyar bakidayanta.
       Bai halatta a dankawa yara kanana dukirasu ta gadoba sai bayan sun cika sharudda guda biyu:
(1) Balaga: Dole kai da akaba dukiyar mamaci ka ci gaba da riketa kana jujjuyata ba zaka danka masaba sai ya balaga, ita kuma alamar mutum ya balaga alamace kamar haka:
(a) Mafarki: Alokacin day a yaro ko yarinya ta yi ko ya yi mafarkin ya sadu da mace ko macen an sadu da ita kuma mani ya fita, to daga wannan lokacin hukunce-hkuncen shara'a sun haukanshi ko kanta mala'iku za su dinga rubuta musu ayyukan da kowa ya yi mekyau ko mara kyau sun yi aure ko ba su yi aureba domin babu wanda yace sai mutum ya yi aure sannan za'a bude masa fayil a wurin Allah. Ko kuma maniyyin ya fita a farke ba wai sai abacciba kadai.
(b) Bayyanar Gashin Mara: Hakanan idan gashin mara mai kaush-kaushi ya bayyana a gaban 'Ya mace ko Da namiji.
(C) Jinin Al'ada: Hakanan daga lokacin da mace ta ga jinin al'ada to daga wannan lokaci ta balaga hukunce-hukuncen Allah sun hau kanta, anan nake cewa dolene iyaye su tashi tsaye wurin kula da 'ya'yansu.
(d) Cika shekara 15: Alokacin da Dan amiji ya cika shekara 15 ko 17 ko 18, kamar yadda malamai suka karawa juna sani to lalle ya balaga.
  Wadannan alamun balaga ko wacce daya cingashin kanta take yi, ba lalle bane cewa sai sun bayyana duka, alokacin da daya ta bayyana shekenan, kuma ya zama dole iyaye da masu ruko su kula sosai da sosai, domin sai kaga yaro ko yarinya sun sha azumi amma kwatakwata ba maganr ramawa wai andauka sai anyi aure sannan mutum zai dinga cika ibadarsa.
(2) Sharadi Na Biyu Wayau: Koda yaron da kake kulawa da dukiya  ya balaga to bai halatta ka bashi dukiyarba sai ka jarraba hankalinsa da dabararsa da wayonsa, idan ya natsu sai ka danka masa, idan kuwa bai natsuba to bai halatta ka bashiba.
Wadannan sharudda guda biyu sune aya ta: 6 cikin Suratun Nisa'I ta yi bayani, Allah madaukakin sarki yana cewa:
''Kuma ku jarraba marayu har idan suka isa aure to idan kun tabbatar da wayonsu sai ku ba su dukiyoyinsu, kada ku ci ita (dukiyar) da barna da gaggawa kafin su girma (komai yak are), duk wanda yake mawadacine to ya kame, wandako fakirine (marashine) to ya ci gwargwadon wahalarsa, idan zaku danka musu (dukiyar) to ku kafa musu sahaida, lalle Allah Ya isa mai lissafi akan komai''.
Wannan babbar ayace akan abinda ya shafi kulawa da dukiyar maraya a tsari mai cike da adalci da tausawa da baima kowa hakkinsa. Da farkodai ayar ta yi nuni da adinga jarraba su marayun har idan aka ga sun cika wadancan sharudda biyu sai aba su dukiyarsu, sannan ayar ta ja kunnen masu kula da dukiyar da kada su tasata a gaba da ci ham-ham kafin yara su girma babu komai, sai ayar ta bayya hakkin mai kula da dukiyar idan shi mai kula da dukiyar maraya dama mawadacine yana da harkokinshi to ya ci gaba da kulawa da amma ya kame daga cin wani abu na dukiyar, idan ko talaka kulawa da dukiyar marayan ta shagaltar da shi daga nashi fadi-ta-shin, to ya dauki gwargwadon wahalarsa, ma'ana inda wani kadauka aiki yake kulama da dukiyarka nawa zaka bashi, to abinda kasan zaka bashi haka zaka dauka.
     Sannan ayar ta nuna mana cewa idan lokacin dankawa maraya dukiyarsa ya yi kada ku kunshe kanku a daki a'a ku kafa shaidu, to kenamma a lokacin da zaka karbi dukiyar maraya ka tabbatar ansa shaidu kuma a rubuta adadin abinda ka rike, kada ka yarda ace ai ba sai anrubutaba ba danka bane, sauda yawa mutum ba zai raka kaba yace dare ya yi ma, wasu su za su zugo maryun bayan sun girma ace babanku yabar muku abukaza da abu kaza a nemi a hada ka fada da 'ya'yan kaninka ko yayanka, Allah Ya sawwake, sannan wurin shaidun ba lalle bane ace sai dattijai a hada da matasa wada suke da wayau Allah ne dai kadai yasan gawar fari.
Sai Allah Ya rufe ayar da ya isa ya zama mai lissafi, wannan yana nuna mana cewa a tsaya ayi lissafi mai kyau lokacin karba da kuma lokacin bayarwa, zaka lissafa duk abinda kake kashewa marayan dake hannunka kamar kudin makaranta, kudin koyon sana'a, domin zaka tsayane ka kula da tarbiyyarsa lokacin muzurai ayi mishi muzurai, lokacin fada ayi mishi fada in ya yi abin duka adoke shi amma ba duka mai tsananiba, domin sai an rintse ido akeshan magani musamman a rirn wannan lokaci ta tarbiyya ta sukurkuce. ''Kuma suna tambayarka dankane da marayu, kace: Kyautata musu shine daidai, har idan kuka hada (dukiyarku da ta su ai 'yan-uwankune (ba komai), Allah Yasan mabarnaci kuma ya san mai gyara''.
Kuma ya kamata al'umma su tsaya su yi karatun-ta natsu akan marayu bai gagara mutum shima ya mutu ya bar na shi yaran kanana  ai shima ba zai so abinda ya bar musu wani ya yi wadaka da shiba.
Saboda haka lissafa cin dukiyar maraya ba-gaira-ba sabab da Ma'aikin Allah ya lissafa shi cikin abubuwa bakwai masu halakarwa ba karamin tashin hankali bane
Kammalawa: Awannan takaitaccan bayani day a gabata lalle munsan irin hakkin da maraya yake da shi, da kuma wajibcin tsayawa tsayin-daka akan akula da dukiyar maraya, sannan da bayanin minzalin da maraya zai kai sannan a danka masa dukiyarsa, sannan da bayanin cewa wannan aiki ba karamin matsayi yake da shi a wurin Allah ba, wannan kuma zai dada fayyace mana yadda musulunci a kullum yake kulawa da masu rauni, sannan ga shi yadda bayani ya gabata wadanda suka fi shan wahala sune mata da kananan yara, kuma ga yadda Allah Ya yi bayani akan dukkan mai cin dukiyar maraya da zalinci to wuta yake cima cikinsa, Allah Ya tsaremu kuma dukkan wadanda suke kula da marayun dake hannunsu ya Allah ka taimaka musu wurin sauke wannan nauyi, kuma Ya Allah ladan da kake baiwa wadanda suke kulawa da marayu ya Allah ka tabbatar mana mu da su baki daya, Amin.

RIBA/KUDIN-RUWA: A yanzu za mu yi bayani akan abu na hudu cikin abubuwa bakwai da Ma'aikin Allah – tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- ya lissafa cikin abubuwan da suke halakar da wanda yake ta'amuli dasu , wannan abu kuwa itace Riba/Kudin-Ruwa/Bashi da ruwa.

Tsoratarwa A Kan Mu'amala Da Riba:
Ayoyi masu tarin yawa sunyi bayanin narkon azabar da Allah madaukakin sarki ya tanadar mai mu'amala da riba, hakanan Ma'aikin Allah Ya yi bayanin haka harma gashi ya lissafa riba cikin abubuwan da suka halakar da maita'amuli da riba, Allah Ya tsaremu amin.
Allah madaukain sarki yana cewa ''Duk wadanda suke cin riba bazasu taba tashi ba (daga kabarinsu) saidai kamar wanda aljan ya shafeshi, abinda ya sa haka saboda su (masu mu'amala da riba) sunce ai abinsani kawai kasuwanci kamar ribane, kuma Allah Ya halasta kasuwanci kuma Ya haramta riba, to duk wanda wa'azi ya zo masa daga wurin Ubangijinsa sai ya hanu (daga ta'amuli da riba) to yana da abinda ya wuce, kuma (sauran) al'amarinsa yana wurin Allah, amma duk wadanda suka ci gaba (da mu'amala da riba) to wadannan sune 'yanwuta kuma wadanda zasu dawwama acikinta* Allah Yana kwashe albarka (daga dukiyar da ake) mu'amalar riba da ita, kuma (Allah) Yana rainon sadaka, kuma (Shi) Allah bayason dukkan maiyawan kafirci kuma mai laifi''. Bakara, aya ta:275-276.
Lalle wadannan ayoyi guda sun yi bayanin yadda Allah ya kyamaci riba Ya haramtata kuma Ya yaye shubuhar wadanda suke ganin kasuwanci da riba duk abu dayane, Allah Ya nuna mana cewa Shi Ya halatta kasuwanci kuma Ya haramta riba, kuma Ya bayyana yalwatur rahmarsa cewa duk wanda wa'azi yazo gareshi ya ji cewa ta'amuli da riba Allah Ya haramta shi kuma ya hanu ya yarda da haramcin ya tuba to abinda ya yi da ya wuce, amma sauran al'amarin sa yana wurin maliccinsa.
Hakanan bayan wadannan ayoyin biyu Allah madaukakin sarki Ya ce ''Ya ku wadanda suka yi imani ku ji tsoron Allah kubar abinda ya saura na riba har in kun kasance ku muminaine. * Har idan baku aikata (Tuba ba) to ana shelanta muku yaki da Allah da Manzanshi, idan kuka tuba kuna da asalin dukiyarku, kada kuyi zalinci ba kuma za'a taba zaluntar ku ba.'' Bakara, aya ta:278-279.
A iya sanina Masu mu'amala da riba da masu kiyayya da salihan bayi sukadai Allah ya shelantawa yaki, lalle wannan kadai ya ishi bala'I ga masu ta'amuli da riba.   
Hakanan kuma Ma'aikin Allah Ya tsoratar akan ma'amala da riba, Jabir dan Abdullah ya ruwaito Hadisi daga Ma'aikin Allah ya ce: Ma'aikin Allah Ya tsinewa wanda ya bada riba da wanda akaba, da wanda ya rubuta (sakatare) da wadanda suka tsaya amatsayin shaidu' Ma'aikin Allah Yace ''Duk daya suke'' Muslim ya ruwaito hadisi na 1597, da Ibnu Hajar a Bulughul Marama Hadisi na 801. Hakika wannan tsinuwa da Ma'aikin Allah Ya yi wa masu ta'amali da riba lalle yana muna mana bala'in da ke cikin riba, mutum na farko da aka tsinewa shine wanda ya bayar ko waye talaka ko mai kuli, shugaba ko wanda ake shugabanta. Mutum na biyu shine 'Wanda akaba' ko waye kuwa. Mutum na uku 'Wanda ya zama mai rubutu a tsakanin maikarba da mai bayarwa' mutum na karshe da tsinuwar Ma'aikin Allah ta hada dashi a wannan Hadisin 'Sune wadanda suke shaida' sanna Ma'aikin Allah Ya ce duka daya suke. Allah ya tsaremu baki daya.  
Ita riba tana cikin abubuwan da dukka shari'un da suka gaba ta sun haramtar da ita, asalima shi ta'amuli da riba daya ne daga cikin siffofin yahudawa da Allah Ya tsine musu tsinuwar kuma ta har abada.
Kadan Daga Cikin Abinda Yasa Aka Haramta Riba.
Tabbas akwai cindukiyar mutane ba tare da hakki shar'antattacceba, akwai kuma cutar da talakawa da mabukata ta yadda ake nunnunka musu bashi musammamma idan sun kasa biya, sannan akwai kuma rashin tausayi, sannan al'amarine da yake toshe hanyar bada kyakkyawan taimako, yake bude hanyar mummunan taimako wanda ke dankwafar da marashi ko-da-ko Bankine koma kasa, abune kuma da yake gurgunta kasuwanci da masana'antu, sanna kuma al'amarine da yake zama sanadiyyar salwantar dukiya kuma gashi yadda musulunci ya baiwa dukiya kima da daraja, wannan yasa duk abinda zai kawowa dukiya cikas musulunci ya kawar da shi kamar sata, sane, fashi, daukar dukiya a bada ita ga wanda baida kimiyyar kula da ita d.s, to wannan yana daga cikin abinda yasa aka haramta Riba, idan ba'a manta ba ashekara ta 2009 da duniya ta samu kanta cikin matsin tattalin arziki ai nan-da-nan manyan bankuma a turai suka bayyana cewa sun kudin ruwa da suke karba da kashi kaza (a yanzu na manta) ashe suma sunsan cewa riba tana cikin abinda ke karya tattalin arziki cikin gaggawa.
Kada maikarau ya sha'afa cin Riba yana daya daga cikin siffofin Yahudawa da Allah Madaukakin sarki ya tsine musu a kanta, Allah madaukakin sarki Yana cewa: ''Kuma saboda tsananin zalincin Yahudawa muka haramta musu abubu masu dadi, da kuma yadda suke kange (mutane) masu yawa daga hanyar daidai, da kuma yadda suke karbar kudin Ruwa kuma tuni an hanasu, da kuma yadda suke cin dukiyar mutane da barna''. Suratun Nisa'i, aya ta 161.  
Riba itace kari akan wadansu abubuwa kebantattu,kamar yadda bayani ya gabata, ashe wannan yana nuna mana cewa ba komai bane riba ke shiga cikinshi. To yanzu wadanne abubuwane wadannan?. Ankarbo daga Ubata dan Samit –Allah Ya kara masa yarda- Hadisine Marfu'I yace ''Zinare da Zinare, Azufra da Azurfa, Iburo da Iburo, Shinkafa da Shinkafa, Dabino da Dabino, Gishiri da Gishiri, (ayi su) daidai-wa-daida, Hannu-da-Hannu''. Bukhari Hadisi na 2176 da Muslim 1584 (kuma wannan lafazin riwayar Musline). Ayanzu wannan Hadisi ya zayyano mana abubuwa guda shida ya kuma bayyana mana yadda za'a yi mu'amala da su, yadda za'a yi mu'amala da su sharuddabe guda biyu alokacin da bubuwan suka zama jinsi guda, abu na farko ya zama daidai wa-dai-da, abu na biyu ya zama hannu-da-hannu, idan aka saba haka to an ci Riba kamar yadda wadansu hadisan suka nuna.
Mudauki misalan abubuwa biyu cikin wadancan abubuwa shida da aka anbata a Hadisi, misalin abu na farko shine 'Zinare' idan kana da zinare nima ina da zinare ina son inbaka nawa in karbi naka (misanye) sai aka auna nauyinsu ya zama daidai to anan sai inkarbi naka ka karbi nawa (hannun-kuturu-da-na-makaho) ba zan kara maka komaiba, ba zaka karamin komai ba, in an yi kari to wannan Karin ya zama riba, ko da an gyara na wani ba'a gyara na wani ba, balle na ki dankunnen zinarine nawa kuma awarwarone duk ba wani kari, kenan idan kai da kake sayarwa na kawo maka nawa kilo ashirin na awarwaro sai kaban kilo ashirin na sarka, shikenan taro ya tashi ba maganar in kara maka dari biyar ko dubu, in an yi kari to an ci riba.
Misalin abu na biyu kuwa shine mudauki shinkafa, Shinkafa bakidayanta jinsi gudace ta gida da ta waje, kenan yanzu idan na baka shinfa 'yar gwamnati kwano goma kai kuma kana da ta gida to kaima kwano goma zaka bani hannu-da-hannu, idan aka yi kari to an ci riba, ashe yanzu idan aka baka shinkafar gwamnati kwano goma aka ce ka bada ta gida kwano goma da rabi to wannan abinda aka kara ya zama riba komai kankantar shi hakanan komai girmanshi, Allah Ya sawwake, lalle wannan yana nuna mana mu kusanci malamai kenan, hakanan idan aka bayar da ta gwamnati yanzu kwano goma sai aka ce kazo bayan karfe kaza ka karbi ta gida kwano goman shima ya zama riba tunda an sami jinkiri, domin hadisin ya nuna ayi daidai-wa-daida, kuma hannu da hannu, kamar yadda bayani zaizo, da izinin Allah.
Mu koma kan wancan Hadisin da ya lissafafa abubuwa shida, sai malamai magabata sukece 'Haramcin riba bai takaitu a kan wadannacan abubuwa shida kadai ba, a'a, sudai wadancan shida sune asali duk abinda ke da alaka da daya daga cikinsu sai yakarbi hukuncinshi. Sai malaman sukace abinda yasa Zinariya da Azurfa (wato biyun farko a Hadisin) suka zama abinda riba ta ke shiga shine don suna kudi, saboda haka duk abinda yake kudine Nairace ko Riyal ko Dala, ko Saifa koma nenene indai kune to shima hukuncin Zinariya da Azurfa ya hau kan shi, wannan zai nuna maka gamewa ta musulunci da kuma Mu'ujizar Ma'aikin Allah –Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi- ta yadda ya yi jawabin da ya shafi Riyal da Dala da Naira wanda yake alokacin da yake wannan jawabi babu wadannan kudade, Allah Ya kara masa daukaka, amin.
      Canjin-kudi: Canjin-kudi nau'ine na kasuwanci da Allah ya halattashi, akan hakane har ake da 'yan-canji da shugaban canji. Sai dai mu sani kudin da ake canzawa sun kasu kashi biyu, akwai wadanda suke jinsi guda, kamar Naira da Naira ko Riyal da Riyal ko Dala da Dala d.s, to dukkan kudadan da suke a junansu jinsi guda suke ya zama wajibi wurin yin canji asan an cika sharudda guda biyu:
