TAKABA A MUSULUNCI

Gabatarwa:
Da sunan Allah Maiyawan rahama Mai yawan jinkai, tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata ga fiyayyan halitar Allah Annabi Muhammad, da SahabbanSa da Iyalan gidanSa amin. Muna son a wannan lokacin muyi bayanin yadda addinin musulunci ya haskaka duhun da duniya ta dade a ciki, ayayin yin takaba lokacin da mace megidanta ya rasu, ta yadda kowacce kabila take yi yadda ta tashi ta ga haka mutananta ke yi , a irin wannan lokacinne mata suke dan-dana kudarsu, domin suna kan wani tsari da Allah Madaukakin sarki bai turo wani Annabi da wannan tsarin ba. Ayau zamuyi kokarin fayyacewa tsanin zare da abawa ne, akan yadda takaba take a musulunci, da kuma irin gatan da musulunci ya yi wa mata. Asha karatu lafiya Allah yai mana jagora amin.

Mecece Takaba?: Takabadai itace" Zaman da mace zatayi bayan rasuwar megidanta, na wadansu kwanuka sanannu, batare da ado da kwalliya ba, ba kuma da yin wani aure ba, ko yi wa wani alkawari, ko sanya dukkan abinda zai ja hankalin wani ba, na tufafi ko kayan karau." Kamar yadda Abdullahi Dan Mas'ud Allah ya kara masa yarda, ya bada amsa lokacin da aka tanbaye shi, akace da shi : "Mutunne ya auri mace amma bai bayyana mata sadakinta ba, kuma bai sadu da ita ba har ya rasu? Sai Dan Mas'udin ya ce" Zan bada amsa da fahimta ta, idan na yi daidai to daga Allah ne, idan kuwa ban yi daidai ba to daga Shaidan ne, Allah da Ma'aikin Shi sun barranta da wannan amsar. Tana da sadakin mata ire-irenta, ba kari ba ragi, kuma za ta yi Takaba, sannan tana da gado". Sai Ma'akil Dan Sinan wanda yake daga kabilar Ashja'a ya mike yace: "Ma'aikin Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata agare shi, ya yi irin wannan hukuncin da ka yi ga Rauh Diyar Washik –wata mace ce daga cikin mu, sai Abdullahi Dan Mas'ud yai farinciki da wannan Magana tashi" Imam Ahmad da Abu-Daud da Tirmizi da Nasa'i da Ibnu Majah suka ruwaito wannan hadisin, kuma Tirmizi ya Inganta shi.
Hakanan kuma inda mutun zai rabu da mai dakinshi da saki daya ko biyu, sannan ya rasu kafin ta kammala iddar saki, shikenan sai ta koma takaba, matarshi ce yana da dama yado da ita a ko yaushe muddin bata kammala idda ba.

Gwargwadon kwanakin Takaba: Alokacin da mutun ya rasu, to zaibar iyalin shi a dayan halaye biyu, kodai ta zama tanada Juna biyu ko kuma bata da shi. Idan bata da juna biyu to Takabarta itace "Wata hudu da kwana goma" Kamar yadda Allah yace cikin Suratul-Bakara "Kumma dukkanin mazan dake rasuwa daga cikin ku subar matansu, to matan za su zauna wata hudu da kwana goma" aya ta :234.

Sai Subai'a ta ce "Yayinda ya fada min haka, maraice na yi sai na tattara kayana naje wurin Ma'aikin Allah tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gareshi, na tambaye shi hakan, sai ya ban amsa da cewa ai na kammala Takabata tun lokacin dana haihu, ya ban dama da inyi aure a duk lokacin da naga dama". Wanna hadisin Bukhari ya ruwaito shi, hadisi na 4909 da kuma na 5318, hakanamma Muslim da Abu-Daud da Tirmizi da Nasa'I, da Ibnu Majah. Inbu Shihab yake cewa : "Bana ganin akwai wani laifi idan ta yi aure lokacin data haihu, koda tana cikin jinin biki, saidai kawai mijin ba zai kusanceta ba sai ta yi tsarki.

To haka kuma idan yarasu ya barta da juna biyu na kimanin wata daya ko ma baikai haka ba, tofa sai ta haihu ka ga wannan Takabarta na neman wata tara koma fiye kenan domin dai sai ta sauka. Zai iya yuwuwa alokacin da maigida yarasu bata samma tanada juna biyu ba, wata kila a saduwarda bai huce masa saura minti 30 aduniya ba ta sami juna biyun, to kaga wannan zata fara lissafin kwanaki ne na Takaba sai daga baya Takabarta ta koma sauraran haihuwa, Allah ya sauketa lafiya shi kuma maigida Allah yajikan shi. Wannan ya nuna mana cewa mutun zai iya rasuwa ya bar matanshi, amma wata ta riga wata kammala Takaba, domin musulunci bai yadda a dauki dan wani gida akai wani gida ba, wannanfa ko da mace mai Takaba ta samu kwanciyar ciki, domin ciki yakan kai shekara 4 ko 6 kamar yadda malamai sukai bayani, duba Tafsirin Adhwa'ul Bayan Suratur-Ra'ad aya ta :8. Abinda ake nufi data sauka shi ne, ta sauke duk abinda ke cikinta, ya zo da rai ko bai zo da rai ba, saboda haka ko bari tayi ta kammala idda ko Takaba idan aka samu shaidu akan hakan, koma ace siffar mutun ta bayyana a tare da shi barin, idan mai Takaba ta haihu sannan ingantaccen bincike yanuna cewa tana dauke da 'ya'ya biyu ne kuma gashi ta haifi daya, tofa bata kammala ba sai ta haifi na biyun, domin abinda ake bukata ta sauke duk abinda take dauke da shi.

Yaushe za'a fara lissafin Takaba?. Za'a fara lissafin maitakaba ne daga lokacin da megida ya rasu, ba wai kamar yadda akebin al'ada ba wai sai ran juma'a, ko dako ya rasu ranar asabar, sannan ai mata wankan shiga Takaba, wannan kwata-kwata ba shi da alaka da addinin musulunci, sannan ace za'aba maitakaba wuka ko sanda, in zata shiga makewayi ta rike, kuma ta tafi a hankali wai mijinta na biye da ita, a firgita baiwar Allah. Saboda haka daga ranar da mijinta ya rasu daga ranar ta fara idda, yana rasuwa ta shiga Takaba. Saboda haka Malamai sun yi maganganu biyu, idan ya rasu bata sami labarin rasuwarshi ba, sai bayan wata hudu da kwana goma, ko bayan haihuwarta sannan ta sami labarin shikenan ta kamala takabarta, adaya daga cikin maganganun, Magana ta biyu kuma shi ne zata fara lissafi daga ranar da labari ya zo mata, in kuma bayan wata biyune da rasuwar shi ta sami labarin rasuwar shi. Sannan kuma babu wani wankan fita daga Takaba a mulunci, da zaran ta kammala wata hudu da kwana goma, ko ta haihu to ta kammala Takaba, saboda haka duk abinda ya haramta a gareta lokacin tana Takaba to yanzu ya halatta ta yi domin ta kammala takaba.

To me ya haramta ga maitakaba? Kammalawa: daga dukkanin bayanan da suka sauwaka zamu fahimci irin gatan da musulunci ya yi mana shi, irin saukin da ya nema mana, musamman idan muka kalli yadda Allah ya tsara mana kuma muka kalli yadda ake yi a al'ada lallai zamu fahimci ya zama wajibi mu dada godewa Allah akan wannan ni'ima da Ya yi mana.

RABUWAR AURE DA IDDAH A MUSULUNCI #2.

Kazalika yana daga cikin manufofin yin Idda juyayin megidanta daya rasu ko dako basu taba saduwaba, kamar yadda bayani ya gabata arubummu metaken "Takaba a Musulunci". Karkasuwar Idda a musulunci.

Idda ta kasu kashi biyu a musulunci, wato Iddar mamaci wacce muke ce mata takaba, da kuma Iddar Saki. Itadai iddar mamaci\Takaba mungudanar da bayanai akanta, saboda haka awannan karon bayanai zasu kasance ne kan "Iddar Saki"! Allah yai mana jagora amin,
Karkasuwar mata

Da farko yana dakyau mufahimci cewa mata sun kasu kashi-kashi lokacin da
zasu rabu da mazajansu, saboda haka ko dole iddarsu tasha ban-ban, anan zamu fahimci mutun zai iya rabuwa da matanshi biyu ko uku lokaci guda amma wata ta riga wata kamma Idda. Yanzu ga kasha-kashannasu :

(1) Mace me juna biyu : Alokacin da mutun ya rabu da medakinshi tana da juna biyu to ita Iddarta itace ta sauke abindake cikinta, ma'ana inda zai saketa da karfe 5:00 na yamma sai ta haihu karfe 5:20 na yammar shikenan ta kammala iddarta inta sami wanda zata aura aranar ya yi sai adaura auren da 6:00 na yammer. Yanzu ya zama dan-kallo, saidai kawai idan ya kuru Allah ya taimakeshi saki daya ne ko biyu, sai ya bogo fasta ya shiga cikin 'yan-takara wata kila ya samu ya kai labari. Allah yana cewa " Kuma wadanda suke da juna-biyu to lokacin (kammala Iddarsu shi ne ) su sauke abinda suke dauke dashi" Suratu-Talaq, aya ta :4, hakanan kuma inda zasu rabu juna biyunnata bai huce wata dayaba saidai ta haife abinda take dauke dashi, kamar yadda wannan bayanin ya gabata a ' Takaba a Musulunci' mun dan fadada bayanai a lokacin.

(2) Mace meganin Al'ada. Itakuma matar da take ganin al'adarta iddarta itace samun tsarki uku, saboda haka idan mutun ya rabu da maidakin shi, iddarta itace ta yi tsarki uku, shi kuwa tsarki uku ya sha ban-ban da wata uku, domin mace zata iya tsarki a kwanakin da suke kasa da wats uku, haka kuma zata iya iya tsarki uku a watannin da suke sama da haka, akwai matar da ashekara sau daya take yin al'ada to kaga wannan iddarta zata tasamma shekaru kenan. Allah yana cewa " Dukkani matan da aka sakesu zasu zauna da karankansu (suna jiran) tsarki uku" Suratul-Bakara, aya ta: 228 Idan kuma tana cikin lissafa al'ada sai ya bayyana tana da juna-biyu, to anan iddarta zata koma iddar mai juna biyu saitai zaman haihuwa (Allah ya sauke ta lafiya amin).

(3) Mace mara ganin al'ada. Matan da basa ganin al'ada sun kasu kashi biyu, kashi na farko: basagin al'adane saboda yarinta ma'ana batakai lokacin al'adaba gashi mijinta ya rabu da ita, sai kashi na biyu :wadanda basa ganin al'ada saboda tsufansu don sun wuce lokacin al'ada. To wadannan matan da basa ganin al'ada ko saboda karancin shekaru ko kuma saboda angirma, iddarsu itace su lissafa wata uku. Alllah Madaukakin sarki yana cewa " Kuma matayen da suka debe tsammani daga al'ada daga matanku idan abin ya rikice musu to iddarsu itace wata uku, da kuma ma wadanda basu fara ba" Suratut-Talaq, aya ta :4.

(4) Macan da ka rabuda ita kafin Tarewa. Ita matar da aka rabu da ita kafin su san junansu ita da mijin, babu wata idda da zata yi, kawai inta sami wani alokacin sai adaura aure, (sabanin rasuwa idan rasuwa mijin ya yi kafin su tare za tai takaba). Domin Allah yana cewa " Ya ku wadanda sukai Imani, idan kuka auri mata mummunai sannan kuka sake tun kafin ku sadu da su, ba ku da wata idda a kansu (matan) da za su yi" Suratul-Ahzab, aya ta :49.
Kammalawa. Ina fatan cikin wannan dan takaitaccan bayanan da suka gabata sun dan warware mana madansu al'amurran da suka shafi Idda, da kuma irin yadda musulunci ya haskaka mana rayuwarmu. Ni ina bada shawara ga dukkan wanda wadansu al'amurran addini suka shamasa kai, da kada yai kasa agwiwa ya garzaya makaranta ya yi tanbaya, masu iya maga suce 'Tambaya mabudin ilimi, amma azauna haka ko unkula gaskiya ba zai haifadda Da me ido ba, kuma wadansu hakkokinshi da damar da musulunci ya bashi ba zai sansu ba. Allah yai mana jagora kuma ya tabbar da dugadugammu kan wannan addin amin.

A wannan karan zamu gudanar da bayani ne kan yadda Addinin musulunci ya tsara yadda za'a gudanar da saki, batare da ancutar da Mata ko miji ba muddindai anbi wannan tsarin. Da zaran ance saki sai gaban namiji ko mace ya fadi, ko menene dalili? Musulunci bai shara'anta sakiba don cutar da wani ban gare, asalima musulunci ya shar'anta hakanne don ceto su daga muwuyacin hali, yana daga cikin rahamar musulunci tabbatar da saki, domin yana daga cikin mizar musulunci bai yadda a cutar da kowa ba, saboda haka idan akace a zauna babu maganar cewar akwai rabuwa ga duk wanda yaga anzalince shi kuma ya yi iyakar hakurin da zai iya yi, to wannan zai ba abokin zamanshi cewar shimafa yana da gata a musulunci, da yawa akan sami na miji yana dandanawa iyalin shi azaba, to yanzu sai kace yaya?, ko kuma matar tana gasawa maigidanta aya a hannu, to ananfa dole ne asa ido domin tabbas wani na matukar cutar da dan'uwansa kuma asan wanna mataki za'a dauka, amma musulunci tuni ya dauki matakai daba-daban domin shawo kan al'amarin tun kafin yakai ga rabuwa.
Kandagarkin da musulunci ya yi.

Lalle ne musulunci ya yi kandagarki don hana rabuwar aure, ta yadda ya umarci dangin miji dana mata dasu tura wakilai guda-daga daga kowane bangare na miji da mata a lokacin da suka ga cewa lalle ka akwai sabani tsakanin wance da wane, su wadannan wakilai zasu nazarci dukkan bangarorin biyu su kuma yi kokarin daidaita al'amarin. Allah yana cewa " Idan kuka ji tsoron sabanin dake tsakanin su (miji da mata) to ku tura wani mai hukunci daga dangin sa da kuma mai hukunci daga danginta, muddin sukai nufin gyara to Allah zai daidaita tsakanisu"! Suratun-Nisa'I, aya ta :35. sanan Allah yana cewa adai cikin wannan Surar a aya ta 128 " Sulhu dai shine mafi alheri" sabo da haka a wannan bayani ya nuna mana lalle musulunci ya kula da dukkanin bangarori biyu (mata da miji), domin ganin kada rabuwa ta auku, saboda haka yana da 'yau mutun ya iya daurewa akan wani hakkinshi ya dan sassauto domin ganin ansami daidaituwa, domin daidaituwa ta fi rabuwa muddin ba akan asabawa Allah da Ma'aikinShi bane. Sauda da yawa mata sunyi hakuri da wani hakkinnasu kamar yadda mazan suma sukai hakuri da nasu domin ganin aure ya tabbata, masu iya Magana na cewa 'Tsakanin harshe da hakorima ana sabawa' wai 'zo muzauna zo musaba' saudayawa wadansu abubuwan basukai atada jijiyar wuya ba sai kaga za'a ba hammata iska, Allah ya sawwake.

Adadin Saki!
Idan Allah ya kaddari sai an rabu tofa ba makawa sai hakan ya faru, to amma ya addinin musulunci ya tsara yadda sakin zai kasance? Kafin zuwan addinin musulunci mutanan jahiliyya sun kasance suna sakin mata yadda suka dama
ba wani adadi, sannan idan mijin ya ga ta kusa kamma idda sai ya dawo da ita, wannan ba sau daya ba, ba kuma sau biyu ba, yazamana suna azabtar da mata akan wannan mummunar al'ada, sai mace ta zauna shekara-da- shekaru ita ba mai mijiba kuma ba kuma mara mijiba, domin idan ya saketa ta kusa kamala idda sai ya dawo da ita, idan aka dan kwana biyu sai ya sake sakinta, da musulunci ya zo sai yai wa tufkar hanci, domin gallazawa mata a irin wannan bai kamata ba, musulunci yace ' Sakin da zai yiwu ai komai akanshi karo biyu ne' Suratul-Bakara, aya ta :229. anan sai aka nuna mana mutun zai iya sakin medakinshi kuma ya iya yin kome karo biyu, anan wata hikima ta musulunci sai yace saki sau biyu, domin ya nuna maka cewa abin da akafi so shine kayi daya sannan kasake yin dayan domin idan kai biyun lokaci guda tofa damarka ta kome daya ce ba biyuba, sabo da haka har idan ya zama ba makawa to sai kai dayan domin wata damarkace ka ajema kanka. Idan kai kake da laifi zaka gane idan kuma ita ce zata fadaka, idan ba hakaba sai ka kara gudan wani lokaci ya zama biyu kenan, to daga nan sai kowa ya shiga taitayinshi ya kuma kula da hakkokin da musulunci ya dora akan kowannensu domin ana kara saki na uku to ba kome ba biko sai kuma wani jikon, domin sai ta kammala idda ba kuma a gidanshi ba, sannan sai ta auri wani mijin ya dan-daneta ta dan-daneshi tasu ta hadasu sun rabu ko ya rasu sannan ya fito cikin 'yan-takara, dirkashi!
